Last week was the start of my 30th birthday celebrations with a visit to my parents. This meant several things. Firstly, a lovely  and overdue visit to see my grandmother. Secondly, a chance to see how my mum’s vegetable garden was progressing. There is an asian ritual of double cleansing the skin that I really enjoy.
